When and where do I pickup my order?

Pickup for the Valentines limited cakes will be at our North Raleigh Pickup partner location. You’ll be asked during checkout to select the day. Pickup does not require an appointment, just select a day and show up during stated business hours. This information will be reflected on your order and confirmation email.

Our cakes stay fresh and delicious in the fridge for 2-3 days!

How should I store the cake?

Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve. If your cake includes delicate décor, keep it in its box to protect the finish.

When should I take it out of the fridge?

Let the cake sit at room temperature for about 1.5 to 2 hours before serving. This brings the buttercream and cake back to their best texture and flavor.

Can I warm it up faster?

Please do not use an oven, microwave, or any heat source. Rapid warming can damage buttercream, cause condensation, and affect the structure and finish.

How long will it stay fresh?

Best enjoyed within 2 days after slicing. Keep refrigerated between servings.
