Saved the Day at the last minute:I had placed a unique cake order from another “prominent” cake shop in the Raleigh area for my daughter’s sweet 16 and they canceled my order 6 days before her party. I immediately scrambled to find another cake shop to save the day and the only ones who stepped in and saved the day were Raleigh Cakes. Not only did they do the custom cake we asked for, they also tweaked the design to make it even better. If you want quality, professionalism, and folks who love what they do; they are the one for the job.

I called the team at Raleigh Cakes in the middle of a rare snowstorm after a different team cancelled a custom birthday order due to the weather. Not only did they operate within a limited timeframe for my girlfriend’s birthday, but the cake came out more beautiful than it had any right being under that much time pressure. From first call to final product, they followed the design to the utmost detail and the flavor/moisture were exactly what we were searching for. It normally takes a few tries to find a good baker, especially when moving from another state; glad to say we found ours.

Raleigh Cakes was amazing to work with! They completely understood my vision and had no problem making adjustments if needed! Everyone at our event loved everything and raved about how delicious it was! Can’t thank them enough!

I dont know where to begin. From the beginning to the end my entire interaction with John was wonderful. He was very helpful, quick to respond via email, was able to fulfill all my needs including last minute requests and the cake WAS PERFECT!!! The cake looked identical to the inspo photo I sent. This cake was BEAUTIFUL and delicious! They made it look exactly like the example photo I gave them! I dropped one star only because I asked for raspberry filling to look like a blood effect; I wanted the cake to bleed when I cut it and they had only put thin layers so it didn’t have the effect I was hoping for but everything else was perfect! I mean just look at it! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered a custom cake for my husband's birthday themed for a video game he played recently. Exceptional Customer Service and genuine care. I was unable to get my order placed as I needed a cake urgently in 3 days since my original caterer went rogue on me. I sent an email around 7pm and got a response by 11pm. Even though they could not fulfill the order, they had alternatives options they could use to accommodate some of my order. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future
